Through our own experience we recognise many of the pitfalls that you can suffer when looking at property in Spain. We will give you a truthful and realistic appraisal of any property that may be of interest to you.

We do not offer inspection flights or accommodation because ‘there is no such thing as a free lunch’ and when you buy your house from companies that do, it may include the cost of three or four inspection trips made by perfect strangers!

We can however arrange self catering accommodation or reservations at local hotels/guest houses should you require it.
